Abstract
Assume that an uncertain process \(X_{t}\) \((t\ge -d)\) takes values in a closed set \(\mathbf {A}\subset R^{n}\), which describes the state of a system at time t that started at time \(-d<0\). Here, d describes a constant delay inherent to the system.
