Abstract
At WEDJ, we were committed to performance reviews of our students and staff. Every contact with parents mattered. All homeroom teachers were expected to call each family once a month. I asked staff members to send a record of these calls to me. The families of those teachers who made these contacts were very pleased, however, there were parents who did not receive their regular calls.
