Abstract
As researchers and professional developers we support educators to turn their commitment to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for adult learners into effective action in a context in which compliance with certain directives is mandated. We build critical capability and seek to ensure that literacy and numeracy are not marginalised within tertiary educational organisations.
