Abstract
In October 2013, results from the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) sponsored Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies (PIAAC) for 24 participating countries (mostly in Europe, but also including North America, the Far East, and Australia) became available.
