Abstract
This chapter presents examples of GREBE’s legal analysis. The first section continues the analysis of Jarek’s Case, which was begun in Chapter 4. The second section sets forth GREBE’s analysis of four closely related cases, illustrating how small changes in facts can yield significant differences in analysis. Appendix B contains a brief summary of the precedent cases used by GREBE in the analyses of these cases.
