Abstract
The problem is to discuss how turbulence is generated, modified or diminished by variations of rotational body forces f acting within a fluid of density ρ (with velocity u*= U + u, where U is the ensemble mean, which may be time varying, especially if f is unsteady, and u is the random velocity).
