Abstract
The case relating to certain aspects of the laws on the use of languages in education in Belgium having already been brought before the Court in 1965, another two cases were referred to it in 1966:
-
the Neumeister case, which concerns Austria.
-
the Wemhoff case, which concerns the Federal Republic of Germany.

l’affaire »Neumeister« qui concerne l’Autriche,
