Abstract
Four cultivars (Lasko, Presto, Vero, Prego) and four lines (MAH1590,SZD3801, SZD1740, SZD1834) of winter, hexaploid triticale have been pollinated by pollen of two hybrid forms of corn Hansa 200 and Scandia 180 in aim to obtain hybrid or polihaploid embryos. After pollination triticale plants were injected with water solution of 100 ppm of 2,4-D or with 1000 ppm of IAA. Total 3484 flowers were pollinated and 108 grains were obtained. Immature embryos were incubated on Murashige and Skoog’ medium. Finnally 22 green, polihaploid plants were regenerated.
