Riassunto
La RM permette di visualizzare le principali strutture cardiovascolari fetali e negli ultimi anni, grazie all’impiego di sequenze ultrafast, che consentono lo studio morfologico e dinamico (sequenze GRE, SSFP e di sequenze realtime cineRM con SSFP), è stata proposta nella valutazione di alcune malformazioni cardiache.
