La Risonanza Magnetica (RM) fetale è ormai considerata un’indagine di II–III livello, complementare all’ecografia, per l’identificazione di diverse anomalie strutturali congenite e acquisite dell’encefalo fetale, comprese quelle a carico della linea mediana [1, 2].
