La colonscopia virtuale (CV) è stata proposta come esame non invasivo del colon, ben accettato dai pazienti [1–3] e, soprattutto, sicuro. La sicurezza della metodica è estremamente importante, in particolare se s’intende utilizzarla in ambito di screening, ove il primum non nocere è un concetto d’importanza fondamentale.
