Das vorliegende Kapitel spannt den theoretischen Rahmen für die Art und Weise der Umsetzung hier relevanter Wachstumsstrategien auf. Dieser Rahmen wird, wie weiter oben bereits beschrieben162, die exploratorischen Beobachtungen leiten163. Er ist insbesondere deshalb hilfreich, weil er die Breite des betrachteten Phänomens absteckt, die wesentlichen Elemente priorisiert und teilweise bereits Hypothesen liefert, die in die empirische Forschung übernommen werden können.
