Zusammenfassung
Tiefgreifender Wandel braucht eine eigene Organisation, also Strukturen des Wandels oder auch Wandlungsplattformen. Standard ist es, hierfür der Primärorganisation, die das Tagesgeschäft trägt, eine sog. Sekundärstruktur für die Bewältigung des Transformationsprozesses zur Seite zu stellen, typischerweise eine Projektorganisation (vgl. u.a. Kap 6.2.1). Allerdings unterliegt auch die Primärorganisation im Zeitablauf Veränderungen, denn permanenter Wandel ist nicht allein durch Sekundärbausteine bzw. ¡ein paar Projekte’ zu leisten. Die Primärorganisation selbst muss zur Wandlungsfähigkeit der Unternehmung beitragen, also ihrerseits flexibel und wandlungsfähig sein (vgl. dazu Kap. 6.4.2). In solchen Fällen ist die Sekundärorganisation in die Primärstruktur integriert. Es geht also vereinfacht um die beiden kaum zu trennenden Fragen der ¡Organisation des Wandels’ und des ¡Wandels der Organisation’.
