Zusammenfassung
Nachdem in den ersten beiden Teilen das GRID-Modell und das Positive Management vorgestellt wurden, soll das GRID-Modell nun aus der Perspektive des Positiven Managements betrachtet und praktische Managementempfehlungen abgeleitet werden. Wie schon angedeutet, ist das GRID-Modell ein Organisationsentwicklungskonzept aus den 1960er Jahren, wogegen das Positive Management derzeit als State-of-the-Art bezeichnet werden kann. Intention dieser Arbeit war es daher, das traditionelle GRID-Modell mittels ausgewählter Themen des Positiven Managements zu aktualisieren. In diesem Zusammenhang wird an der eingeführten Betrachtungslogik und Differenzierung zwischen intraund interpersoneller sowie organisationaler Ebene festgehalten. Dabei werden Leitgedanken formuliert, die das GRID-Modell und das Positive Management verbinden. Die Abbildung 3.1 verdeutlicht das Vorgehen und die Wirkzusammenhänge.
