Zusammenfassung
Die Forderung nach einer nachhaltigen Entwicklung von Unternehmen gewinnt durch die aktuelle Wirtschafts- und Finanzkrise stark an Bedeutung. Durch die allgemeine Diskussion der gesellschaftlichen Verantwortung von Unternehmen, wie auch durch die Kritik an der Gewinnmaximierung als alleinigen Leitwerts eines Unternehmens, verstärkt sich das Interesse in Forschung und Praxis nach alternativen Konzepten. Vor diesem Hintergrund wird ein qualitatives Wachstum verstanden im Sinne einer Erhöhung der Lebensqualität aller Stakeholder als neuer Leitwert in der Wirtschaft und insbesondere im Marketing diskutiert.
