Zusammenfassung
Gut funktionierende Teamarbeit ist nicht selbstverständlich. Arbeitsgruppen werden nicht einfach nur gegründet und erbringen dann automatisch hohe Leistungen. Immer mehr Unternehmen erkennen dies und investieren deshalb zunehmend in Teamentwicklung. Da es sich bei Teamentwicklungsmaßnahmen um Interventionen in realen Arbeitsgruppen handelt, sollten sich diese Maßnahmen an den spezifischen Anforderungen des Teams orientieren. Wie kann solch eine Teamentwicklung aussehen? Welche Aspekte sollten besonders beachtet werden? Welche Möglichkeiten bieten Teamentwicklungsmaßnahmen und wo liegen ihre Grenzen? Dieser Beitrag gibt Antworten auf diese Fragen.
