Abstract
Grundsätzlich zielt die SR‐BSC darauf ab, die CSR‐Strategie verständlich abzubilden. Hierzu werden CSR‐Kennzahlen aus der CSR‐Strategie abgeleitet, den entsprechenden Perspektiven Finanzen, Kunden, interne Prozesse, Lernen und Entwicklung sowie Gesellschaft zugeordnet und über Ursache‐ Wirkungs‐Ketten miteinander verknüpft. Gerade die Auswahl der Perspektiven sowie die Ermittlung der Kenngrößen und Ursache‐ Wirkungs‐Ketten sind jedoch mit erheblichen Problemen verbunden.
