Zusammenfassung
Das Brainstorming ist die wohl bekannteste Kreativitätstechnik. In einer Gruppe von Teilnehmern werden zu einem Thema Ideen unstrukturiert und unkommentiert gesammelt. Am Ende der kurzen, aber intensiven Session steht meist eine große Zahl von Ideen, die im Anschluss an das Brainstorming priorisiert werden müssen.
