Zusammenfassung
Als Dienstleistungsmarketing bezeichnet man die umfassende Konzeption des Planens und Handelns, bei der – ausgehend von systematisch gewonnenen Informationen – alle Aktivitäten des Dienstleistungsbetriebes konsequent auf die gegenwärtigen und zukünftigen Erfordernisse der relevanten Märkte ausgerichtet werden, in dem Bestreben, die Bedürfnisse der Kunden zu befriedigen und gleichzeitig die betrieblichen Ziele zu erreichen (Weis 2009).
