Zusammenfassung
Triglyceride oder Triacylglycerole sind Fette (fest bei Raumtemperatur) und Öle (flüssig bei Raumtemperatur), die in Pflanzen und Tieren vorkommen [1], [2]. In Ölsaaten, die für die stoffliche Nutzung besonders relevant sind, kann der Anteil der Öle und Fette bis zu ca. 80 Gewichtsprozent betragen (siehe Tabelle 120) [3]. Bei Raps lassen sich bei Hektarerträgen von bis zu 4 t/ha [4] und einem Ölgehalt von bis zu 50 % demnach 2 t/ha Rapsöl gewinnen. Beim werkstofflich besonders interessanten Öllein ergeben sich bei Hektarerträgen von bis zu 2,5 t/ha und Ölgehalten von bis zu 40 % Ölausbeuten von bis zu 1 t/ha [5].
