Zusammenfassung
Ein Virus ist eine primitive Form von Leben. Er kann in kürzester Zeit eine riesige Zahl Kopien von sich herstellen, weswegen „Virus“ zur perfekten Metapher für die Ausbreitung von Ideen, Wörtern, Klängen und Bildern im digitalen Zeitalter geworden ist, in dem die Kopier- und Verteilungskosten fast gegen null tendieren und der Rest der Welt nur einen Mausklick von der Infektionsquelle entfernt ist.
