Abstract
In this paper the concept of a logical fuzzy database is established. We base our concepts on the definition of a fuzzy relational database as a relational theory, in Reiter’s sense associated with an special first order language. This basic definition allows us to introduce fuzzy logic elements such as the intensional fuzzy predicate definition or the special approach to carrying out logical operation between fuzzy predicates. These strategies make it possible to work with a logic fuzzy database in the same way as a with classical one.
