Zusammenfassung
In diesem Kapitel beschäftigen wir uns mit einem Teil der topologischen Graphentheorie. Dabei steht die Frage im Vordergrund, welche Graphen man so in die Ebene einbetten kann, daß sich keine zwei Kanten schneiden, und welche Eigenschaften solche Graphen besitzen. Zur Präzisierung dieser Probleme benötigen wir einige neue Begriffe.
