„Eine Marke hat ein Gesicht wie ein Mensch“ (Domizlaff, 1992, S. 97). Die Jahreszahl in der Quellenangabe täuscht: Diese Feststellung von Domizlaff ist nicht neu, sie stammt aus den 30er Jahren! Dennoch hat sie aktuelle Relevanz, denn die „Markengesichter“ oder Markenbilder sind unter den heutigen (Low-Involvement-)Kommunikationsbedingungen (vgl. Teil A in diesem Buch) wichtiger als je zuvor.
