Zusammenfassung
Alle bisher eingesetzten Raketen besaßen chemische Triebwerke. Bei dieser konventionellen Antriebsart wird der Treibstoff in der Brennkammer durch eine stark exotherm verlaufende chemische Reaktion erhitzt. Die Reaktionsprodukte expandieren sodann in der Triebwerksdüse.
