Zusammenfassung
Zur erfolgreichen Durchsetzung am Markt ist es für Dienstleistungsunternehmen notwendig, eine interne Marketingstrategie zu entwickeln, die schwerpunktmäßig auf die Kundenorientierung der Mitarbeiter ausgerichtet ist. Im ersten Abschnitt dieses Beitrages werden Fragen zu den Grundideen des Internen Marketing beantwortet, so daß eine Beurteilung dieses Konzeptes als Bestandteil des strategischen Managements erleichtert wird. Im zweiten Abschnitt werden grundsätzliche Richtlinien vorgestellt, die das Topmanagement unterstützen, die Bedeutung dieser Managementstrategie einzustufen. Der dritte Abschnitt zeigt taktische Vorgehensweisen zur Entwicklung und Implementierung einer internen Marketingstrategie auf An Hand zweier Fallstudien wird diese aufkommende Marketingstrategie illustriert. Gegenstand der ersten Fallstudie ist das Sanger-Harris Kaufhaus. Die zweite, ausführlichere Fallstudie zum Thema Internes Marketing handelt von einem Speditionsunternehmen.
