Zusammenfassung
Neben der Industrialisierung des Bankbetriebs wird vor allen der Umbau zum Multikanal- und Allfinanz-Vertrieb als zentrales Handlungsfeld diskutiert.1 Multikanal-Vertrieb bedeutet, dass Kunden für ihren gesamten Kundenprozess (bestehend aus Information bzw. Anregung, Beratung, Abschluss und After-Sales) unterschiedliche Kanäle als Zugang zum Finanzdienstleister (FDL) nutzen können. Während aus technischer Sicht unter „Kanal“ hauptsächlich verschiedene Endgeräte gesehen werden, kann in der Finanzbranche aus Anbietersicht auch eine organisatorische Einheit oder aus Kundensicht ein „customer touch point“ verstanden werden. Als die wichtigsten Kanäle gelten derzeit Filiale, SB-Automat, Internet, Call-Center und neuerdings mobile Berater.
