Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel wird beschrieben, wie Lebensrückblickinterventionen bei Depression eingesetzt werden können. Depressionen zählen zu den häufigsten psychischen Erkrankungen im Erwachsenenalter. In diesem Kapitel gehen wir zunächst auf Fragen der Indikation ein: Für welche Personen eignen sich Lebensrückblickinterventionen (LRI), und aus welchen Gründen eignen sich LRI speziell für die Behandlung von Depressionen und depressiven Symptomen? Danach geben wir einen Überblick über bisherige Forschungsbefunde zur Wirksamkeit dieser Interventionsform bei Depression.
