Zusammenfassung

Der systemische Lupus erythematodes (SLE) ist eine komplexe systemische Autoimmunerkrankung. Trotz großer Forschungsfortschritte in den letzten Jahren ist die Pathophysiologie nicht vollständig verstanden. Die Klinik und der Verlauf sind sehr variabel. Es kann jedes Organ betroffen sein und es kann zu schweren Organschäden kommen. Anhand von zwei Fallberichten wird die Diagnosestellung und die Therapie der SLE-Erkrankung im engeren Sinne erläutert.
