Zusammenfassung

Internationale und/oder interdisziplinäre Forschungsprojekte benötigen einen gemeinsamen Bezugsrahmen. Im Gesundheitsbereich bietet sich hier vor allem die Internationale Klassifikation von Funktionsfähigkeit, Behinderung und Gesundheit (ICF) der Weltgesundheitsorganisation (2001) an. In diesem Kapitel wird die ICF vorgestellt, unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten der Nutzung im Forschungsbereich werden aufgezeigt und diskutiert.
