Während Klimaextreme wie Starkregen, Hagel oder Hitzewellen direkt Ernteverluste auslösen, wirken manche Folgen der Erwärmung subtiler und langfristiger: Landwirte müssen etwa mit bisher unbekannten Schädlingen umgehen, alternative Bewässerungsmethoden finden – und teilweise neue Pflanzensorten anbauen.
