Zusammenfassung
Während PatientInnen zu Beginn einer Therapie oftmals relativ klar ist, welchen Zustand sie „weggemacht“ haben wollen, ist der angestrebte Zielzustand und das damit verbundene Engagement zur Veränderung während der Therapie zumeist noch etwas unklar. Wohlbefinden als Therapieziel umfasst sowohl die Ausformulierung der angestrebten Therapieziele als auch einen möglichst abgestimmten Therapieprozess, um diese Therapieziele zu erreichen. Das folgende Kapitel bietet einen Überblick, wie Therapieziele im Bereich des Wohlbefindens im Rahmen des Therapieauftrags konkretisiert werden können und wie kontinuierliches Prozessmonitoring helfen kann, den Therapieprozess in einem möglichst transparenten, koordinierten und kollaborativen Rahmen zu halten.
