Zusammenfassung

Im Vordergrund stehen Eingriffe bei Patientinnen ohne wesentliche Begleiterkrankungen. Große Tumorchirurgie spielt, je nach Klinik, ebenfalls eine wichtige Rolle. Viele Operationen und diagnostische Maßnahmen erfolgen laparoskopisch, häufig in Steinschnittlagerung. Ein TCRE-Syndrom (TCRE = transzervikale Endometriumresektion) ist möglich, wenn große Mengen Spülflüssigkeit angewendet werden.
