Zusammenfassung
In dem Kap. 1 werden kurz die Grundlagen der biografisch-systemischen Verhaltenstherapie erklärt. Ganz kurz gesagt geht es bei der biografisch-systemischen VT darum, dass die Biografie der Patient*innen (biografische Schlüsselepisoden, negative Lebensbotschaften und entwicklungseinschränkende Risikofaktoren) zum Verständnis der Symptomatik (Diagnostik) und bei der Therapie zentral berücksichtigt wird. Der therapeutische Ansatz unterscheidet weiterhin die Arbeit am Symptom und die Arbeit am Hintergrund. Die so benannten Kapitel liefern dazu zahlreiche konkrete therapeutische Techniken, Informationen und entsprechende Arbeitsblätter.
