Zusammenfassung
Es wurde eine neue Produktfamilie von 3D-Hallsensoren entwickelt, welche magnetische Flussdichten in allen drei Raumdimensionen erfassen können. Dies ermöglicht neue, berührungslose magnetische Positions-, Rotations-, Winkel- und Lagemesssysteme. Die 3D-Hallsensoren zeichnen sich insbesondere durch eine intelligente Energieverwaltung und verschiedene Betriebsmodi aus, die den Einsatz in Streufeld-robuste Anwendungen ermöglicht. In diesem Artikel werden die ersten, bereits veröffentlichten Sensoren, das Messprinzip sowie mehrere Anwendungsbeispiele vorgestellt.
