Zusammenfassung
Supply Chain Kooperationen stellen eine Verknüpfung von Funktionen und Prozessen in und zwischen Unternehmen dar. Durch das kollaborative Gestalten der internen und unternehmensübergreifenden Funktionen und Prozesse, sollen effiziente Güter-, Service-, Informations- und Finanzflüsse vom Rohmaterial bis zum Endkunden erzeugt werden. Innerhalb der Supply Chain können somit Ressourcen und Wissen ausgetauscht werden.
