Zusammenfassung
Die Fertigungstiefe in vielen Unternehmen beträgt oft nur noch 20 %. Dies bedeutet, dass 80 % der Wertschöpfung eines Produktes von den Lieferanten hergestellt wird. In der Automobilindustrie kommen bis zu 70 % aller Innovationen von den Lieferanten, da diese da auch den größten Teil des Fahrzeuges herstellen.
