Zusammenfassung
Dieser Beitrag ist nach Leitsymptomen gegliedert, die an eine angeborene Stoffwechselerkrankung mit Gelenk-/Knochenbeteiligung, Hyperurikämie, aber auch mit Schmerzkrisen oder systemischem Lupus erythematodes denken lassen. An das Vorliegen angeborener Stoffwechselerkrankungen mit Arthropathie sollte v. a. bei ungewöhnlichen extraartikulären Begleitsymptomen sowie speziellen Labor- und radiologischen Befunden gedacht werden. In diesem Beitrag werden nur die für eine rationelle Diagnostik notwendigen klinischen Symptome und Laborwerte aufgeführt. Die dezidierten klinischen Bilder der Erkrankungen, Pathophysiologie, komplexe Diagnostik einschließlich der Mutationsanalysen sowie die neuesten Therapieverfahren werden mit dem Ziel einer rationellen Diagnostik im klinischen Alltag nicht behandelt.
