Abstract

The work presented illustrates the NVH challenges of electro-hydraulic actuation systems by describing ZF’s NVH development of the Integrated Brake Controller (IBC). In particular, ZF’s motivation, simulation technologies, and component to vehicle correlation studies are summarized. Additionally, remaining challenges and areas of future development are discussed.
