Abstract
Die Anforderungen an das Bremssystem von Batterie Elektrofahrzeugen (Battery – Electric – Vehicle abgek. BEV) und vor allem die Anforderungen an die Rekuperationsfähigkeit des Systems zur maximalen Energierückgewinnung steigen ständig. Energierückgewinnung nicht nur in der gewohnten Form als großer Beitrag zur Energieeffizienz und Reichweitenerhöhung in Verbrauchszyklen bzw. im Alltagsbetrieb sondern in diesem Fall porschetypisch am Beispiel des ersten elektrischen Porsche Sportwagen „Taycan“auch bis in den fahrdynamischen Grenzbereich, unter hoher Querbeschleunigung und während der ABS Regelung. Damit ist die Rekuperation zusätzlich ein sehr großer und wichtiger Beitragsleister zur thermischen Entlastung der Radbremse einerseits aber auch zur Erhöhung der Rundenanzahl bis zum nächsten Ladevorgang andererseits. Der Anspruch hierbei ist die dafür erforderlichen Interaktionen der verschiedenen Verzögerungssteller (Reibbremse und E-Maschine) für den Fahrer weitgehend unbemerkt ablaufen zu lassen. Dies gilt vor allem vor dem Hintergrund „Rundstreckenanforderung“ sowohl für das Ziel eines möglichst natürlichen Bremspedalgefühls wie z. B. Beibehaltung haptischer ABS Druckpunkt als auch für die Herausforderung einer möglichst geringen Beeinflussung der Bremskraftverteilung VA zu HA um das gewohnte Kurvenbremsverhalten gemäß der installierten Bremskraftverteilung nicht nachteilig zu beeinflussen. Im nachfolgenden Artikel wird nach einer kurzen Beschreibung des Antrieb und Gesamtfahrwerks ausführlich das Rekuperative Bremssystem des Porsche Taycan vorgestellt. Dies beinhaltet alle beteiligten Komponenten von der Pedalanlage über das Bremsbetätigungssystem und die Rekuperationsstrategie bis hin zur Radbremse. Dabei werden die zum Einsatz kommenden Leichtbaukonzepte und Technologien technisch beschrieben.
