Zusammenfassung
Der Distributionsbegriff wird in den Wirtschaftswissenschaften nicht einheitlich gebraucht. Auf der volkswirtschaftlichen Ebene ergänzt er im Sinne der Verteilung der erzeugten Realgüter das grundlegende Begriffspaar Produktion und Konsum. Als wesentlicher Träger der Distributionsaufgabe erscheint hier der Handel, der selbst wiederum mit dem Begriff Distributionspolitik einen Teil des Marketing Mix und dort besonders die Gestaltung von Absatzkanälen anspricht.
