Abstract
Building automotive transmissions is a complex industrial process with high capacity and value. They transmissions are evaluated on test stands simulating vehicle-driving conditions. Using an NVH analysis of the generated vibration, production defects and vehicle noise comfort issues are identified. The presented real-time analysis provides quality parameters assessed by a combination of machine-learned and user-defined limits.
