Zusammenfassung
Diagnostische Beurteilungen zu treffen und therapeutische Entscheidungen zu fällen, gehört zum ärztlichen Berufsalltag. Da häufig nicht alle notwendigen Informationen vorliegen, handelt es sich um Entscheidungen unter Unsicherheit. Diese können zudem durch psychologische Einflussfaktoren verzerrt werden. Wenn man die verzerrenden Einflüsse kennt, kann man sich ein Stück weit von ihnen frei machen. Zudem gibt es eine Reihe von Hilfsmitteln, ärztliche Entscheidungen zu verbessern.
