Zusammenfassung
Die Neurowissenschaftlerin Michèle Wessa von der Johannes-Gutenberg-Universität Mainz zeigt Wege auf, digitalem Stress eine Widerstandskraft entgegenzusetzen. Stressresilienz ist die Kraft, die mobilisiert werden muss, um trotz chronischer Belastungen und schwerwiegenden Lebensereignissen psychisch gesund zu bleiben. Wessa erläutert, dass Resilienz keine starre Eigenschaft ist, sondern eher als dynamische Fähigkeit dazu führt, dass wir erfolgreich aus einer schwierigen Situation hervorgehen.
