Zusammenfassung
Welche Relevanz besitzt das Glück als Indikator einer erfolgreichen Psychotherapie? Kann Psychotherapie Freude, Vergnügen und Glück fördern? Nach der Unterscheidung verschiedener mit dem Glück verwandter Begriffe entwirft der Autor eine integrative Sichtweise von Psychotherapie, bei der Erfahrungen, die zum Erleben von Freude führen, als grundlegende Heilprozesse jeder Art von produktiver Veränderung angesehen werden, innerhalb wie außerhalb von Psychotherapie. Konkrete Hinweise auf die psychotherapeutische Aktivierung dieser Heilprozesse schließen das Kapitel ab. Als Hilfe zur Therapieplanung ist die Ressourcen-Checkliste beigefügt.
