Zusammenfassung
Die Produktion des Unternehmensbereichs Kompressortechnik im HOERBIGER-Konzern, Zug, Schweiz, befindet sich in einem mehrjährigen kulturellen Veränderungsprozess. Ziel ist es, die bisher weitgehend unabhängig voneinander agierenden, und zum Teil im Wettbewerb zueinander stehenden, Produktionswerke des Unternehmensbereichs in einem globalen Produktions-Netzwerk auf gemeinsame Ziele auszurichten. Globale Transformationsprozesse führen zu Veränderungen in der Unternehmenskultur. Das bei HOERBIGER im Unternehmensbereich Kompressortechnik für die Produktion verantwortliche Management setzt diesbezüglich auf vier Bausteine: Globales Kommunikationsmanagement – Globales Projektmanagement Büro (GPMO) – Globales Experten-Netzwerk – Vertikale & horizontale Integration der Nachwuchs-Führungskräfte.
