Zusammenfassung
Dieser Buchbeitrag gibt eine Übersicht über den Stellenwert der verschiedenen radiologischen Modalitäten in der Abklärung von Sprunggelenk- und Fußbeschwerden, immer unter Berücksichtigung der Frage, was der Orthopäde vom Radiologen wissen möchte und was dieser dem Kliniker mittels dezidierter Bildgebung mitteilen kann. Die wichtigsten pathologischen Veränderungen an Sprunggelenk und Fuß werden diskutiert und die typischen radiologischen Befunde vorgestellt. Insbesondere wird dabei die Bedeutung der MRT in der Sprunggelenk- und Fußdiagnostik besprochen und es wird diskutiert, wann die MRT und wann der Ultraschall bei Bändern und Sehnen am besten eingesetzt werden kann.
