Zusammenfassung
Jede berufliche Tätigkeit bringt eine besondere Exposition, auch gegenüber Allergenen, mit sich. Im Einzelfall kann die genaue Ermittlung der individuellen Exposition am Arbeitsplatz schwierig sein. Daher sollte der Berufsdermatologe eine umfassende Kenntnis der in den verschiedenen beruflichen Bereichen häufigen und in Frage kommenden Allergene haben. Nur so ist im Fall des Verdachtes auf eine Kontaktallergie eine zielführende Diagnostik möglich. In diesem Abschnitt werden die häufigsten beruflichen Allergene der am meisten betroffenen Berufsgruppen vorgestellt, und es werden Hinweise für die Epikutantestung gegeben. Dabei wird auf die Testreihen der Deutschen Kontaktallergie-Gruppe (DKG) Bezug genommen, die auf der Webseite der DKG unter ► http://dkg.ivdk.org eingesehen werden können.
