Zusammenfassung
Die Lendenwirbelsäule (LWS) besteht aus 5 Lendenwirbelkörpern (LWK) und ist lordotisch geprägt. Die lordotische Prägung zeigt sich physiologisch vom 9. BWK bis zum 5. LWK. Die Basisuntersuchung enthält differenzialdiagnostische Check-ups für die Listhesen-Differenzierung LWS/ISG, für viszerale Beschwerdebilder, einen Osteoporosetest und die aktive Testung für Becken und Hüfte. Daneben muss eine neurogene Testung durchgeführt und die Kennmuskeln überprüft werden. Neben den unterschiedlichen Behandlungstechniken wird die spezifische Reha bei Bandscheibenläsionen und bei Instabilitäten der LWS gezeigt.
