Zusammenfassung
In ▶ Kap. 10 wird der Einsatz imaginativer Verfahren in der Depressionstherapie näher erläutert. In der Einführung (▶ Abschn. 10.1) wird zunächst beschrieben, unter welchen Bedingungen und Voraussetzungen die Arbeit mit Imaginationen auch bei depressiven Patienten sehr wirksam eingesetzt werden kann. In ▶ Abschn. 10.2 wird dargestellt, wie die Anwendung von Imagination in der diagnostischen Phase schon einen Abstand zum Problem erzeugen und so zu einer ersten Entlastung beitragen kann. In ▶ Abschn. 10.3 geht es um Imagination in Zielbestimmung und Veränderungsarbeit bei depressiven Personen: Hier werden imaginative Übungen zur Stimmungsaufhellung und Aktivierung vorgestellt und das kognitive Umstrukturieren unter Imagination detailliert beschrieben.
